Bill Sohovich

Bill Sohovich, owner and executive chef, julienned, sautéed and flambéed his way through the renowned Culinary Institute of America in New York until graduating in 1980. Sohovich took what he learned to Harrah's -- Lake Tahoe's five-star hotel - to further hone his culinary skills. From there, the chef opened several restaurants in Columbus, Ohio for private investors.

As fate would have it, the native West Virginian returned home and in 1994 officially re-opened the historic downtown establishment. Chef Sohovich, Executive Sous Chef Bill Dodson and the rest of the professional staff at the Blossom are a big reason why Charleston's Renaissance Village once again thrives with activity.
